General Policies

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
 
If cancelled or modified less than 30 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
 
 In case of no-show, the total price will be charged. 
 
In case of non refundable option if cancelled, modified or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. For the deposit, the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

Children and extra beds
Free! One child under 3 years stays free of charge and uses baby cot.
Over 3 years old charges as triple  studio room.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
